Mr. Nathan Britt won 1st place at the annual regional poster competition held by the University of Kentucky. His topic was "Comparison of the plant protein analog "beyond meat" hamburger to a traditional meat based hamburger". Nathan has been conducting research in the department with Dr. Lili Zyzak for the past year. The department is proud and could not be happier.
