Eastern Kentucky University Department of Chemistry has started a Fermentation Science Program where the first class will be offered in Fall 2015. The new program has already been integrated as a concentration into the Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) Chemistry degree and currently being developed as a stand-alone certification.
